Christmas Tree Festival 2018 at Stranorlar Church
The festival was on the weekend of the 30th November ,1st Dec , 2nd Dec at Stranorlar Church of Ireland. It raised €3390 towards the Stranorlar Church Window fund, €750 was raised for the Donegal Hospice and €528 was raised for St. Joseph’s Hospital comfort fund. Remembrance Sunday 11th November 2018
This year marks the centenary of the ending of the first world war , the war that was meant to be the one that ended all wars. Poppies will be available at all three churches on Sunday 4th and Sunday 11th November.
